Lucky break on not needing trash tags on two extra bags of garbage, Mississauga!

A number of changes have been made to waste collection, including the suspension of services such as curbside battery pickup, in-person garbage bag tag sales, rain barrel and backyard composter sales, compost sales and kitchen container sales. Donation drop-off areas at all community recycling centres (CRCs) are closed until further notice.As well, bulky items that don’t fit into bins or bags will not be picked up or accepted at CRCs. CRCs will not accept electronics, tires, large appliances or bulky items.
As of April 20, every household can place up to two extra garbage bags at the curb on garbage collection day, without garbage tags.
