Rooster jasmine rice 8kg is $9.88 at Real Canadian Superstore, the one on 1755 Brimley Road Scarborough. it's not in the flyer and don't know when it will end (but i'll put this post to expire feb 7, 2020). i saw it in-store today and lots of stock.

Likely overstock from the last flyer cycles Thurs to Sun deal. We had the same at RCSS St.Catharines for a few days after the end of the sale. Think we got in about 3 skids worth at our store, and I think there isn't any left anymore

It taste pretty decent. I don't buy it myself, but have got it in the past for a friend when it has gone really cheap (I think the $8.00 range), but they aren't picky when it comes to brand, so we always get the cheapest ($5.88/8kg New Treasure from Fortinos was our most recent rice purchase)
