    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE practice social distancing! This is ESSENTIAL to reducing the burden on the health care system. Wash your hands, thoroughly. Social distance yourself. Self-isolate if you have symptoms! We ALL need to take these little steps so we don't burden the vulnerable, or add to what is, and WILL BE, incredibly heavy burdens of first responders, nurses, doctors...our system is already overloaded. Covid-19 will just make things worse. But, we can all do our part to minimize just how bad it will get.

    Be safe. Be responsible. Be kind yourself. And be kind to others. (We appreciate it!)
