I didn’t recieve mine, so a few weeks ago I went and emailed them that I didn’t recieve it. They were very kind and sent me a coupon for a free skin guard razor, so if you didn’t recieve it you should email them about it

Yeah I did the same thing...but the coupon where i live does not cover the entire cost of the razor altrought they have 2 refills blades in it and the taxes...dad already have razors so will see if i will use it...good until december 31 and has my name on it

I contacted them in August, about not receiving anything. Guess what I got in the mail today. A free razor! Talk about slow service! I am not complaining, I am just amazed at their turtle speed.

The only people that I've actually seen get these samples are the ones that contacted them about not receiving anything... 😑
