Wiki has been updated
I have had a request that anything newly posted be more "noticeable"..
So... anything in BOLD face letters is new. I will leave new things in bold font for 24 hours, so that if you only have time to go to the wiki and not look at the posts it will be obvious to you what you have missed instead of scrolling through everything.

My heel is still killing me. I found out last week that I have Plantar Faciitis. It's so painful. I had to go back to the doctor again today. She said I could do Physiotherapy. I don't know. It's probably expensive. She told me not to wear slippers around my house. That's all I wear. I have to wear sneakers. I never wear sneakers or shoes in the house.

if you can't get orthotics try getting a pair of birkenstocks to wear around the house as your slippers, or a pair of crocs. I found the spongy sole was helpful. I know the pain is terrible

Lolcat, did you see what they sell that diaper bag for !!!! Bruised myself when I fell of the chair! lol Yea, its nice but ................ its for diapers!

I know I am not even half way to that diaper bag in points...my daughter wouldn't even need a diaper bag, by the time I saved enough points

Some of the points need for prizes is CRAZY if you ask me!
