    Managed to submit. Be aware that the page loading is very very slow and when you finally click SUBMIT it sits there for a long while too before giving confirmation of submission. Just a heads up in the event that happens to you also.

    It took me about 45” last night. That is all I can tell you. I also did it on laptop as phone never resolved.
