I don't see any picture to post here, it goes directly to the printer to print it. May be you can sign up again with a different info.

i just tried with two seperate email addresses and got it to work both times, so it should work for you

oh really and have you already printed it before? and my printer is working i printed out the brita filter one $3 but i cant get the $5

and i have used different info/email but nothing will work hmm..

arg. i just tried the $3 again and it worked but i cant get the $5 to work I need a new pitcher. Can anybody scan it and send me through pm? Sorry if its too much :S I just really need it by today

email the company and tell them you cant print it and it will not let you redo it. Ask for a coupon by mail. Or call the company and tell them of your frustations. Usually comapnies send out coupons when you experience a negative encouter with theor product or website.
