Thanks for your patience!

We’re working super hard over here to get things running smooth.

We’re investigating some technical issues while still allowing orders to process slowly.

There are lots of samples available as the website indicates, and have no fear - we will continue to open more doors when available.

@JadeAngel I'm weeping a bit for this. Doesn't Samplesource know that for the 10 year mark of a marriage ( which this relationship could qualify for ) .... the modern gift is supposed to be diamonds. Decades ago it was tin or aluminum.
Clearly they have no sense of tradition.

The Sample Soucre site is really a mess.

I left after I couldn’t get in went to get a few vegetables for lasagna

I was lucky to find the new tear pads out so a win for me and I got a few things on clearance

I think they noticed many people were creating new accounts and redirected the link to the same high volume message...

I don't know what they think they are doing. It just creates so much frustration!

It's not just new accounts that get that message.
I am trying to log onto my existing account and get the same.

LIVE again..

Can't do anything with the yes/no answers.
