Well, I've been trying on both a phone and a desktop,...got in, answered a few questions, then got kicked out :(
I kinda feel like somehow Samplesource thinks they were a physical store and due to covid can only allow X # of people inside to shop at a time and then once they leave they need to allow extra time to sanitize the website in between shoppers...

i got ticked from trying on my desktop (dinosaur walkonby -me too) i decided to make an apple crisp .I come back and some got in good for those that got in .
