Anyone knows if we get the product points (example : buy 2 get 1000 pts OR 20 pts for every dollar spent on) when we do a redemption?

I haven’t done a redemption at Shoppers for so long I am completely out of the loop.

You don't receive points on a redemption. Any amount after the redemption earns base points excluding environmental fees, taxes etc. You might or might not get the personal/flyer/website offers such as 100 pts for eggs.
