USA shopping grocery coupons -Where to find?

I assume this must have been posted before but I find the search function on this site to not be very good. We're going to Niagara Falls in a few weeks and will cross over into Buffalo to get all the American food we cannot buy here.

When Hubby used to live in Illinois the Meijer grocery store would print out amazing coupons for us depending on what we bought!! Like if we bought cereal, it would give us a coupon for milk. Unbelievable. But not sure if the stores in New York state do this.

Wondering where to get good coupons before we leave? Found a few websites with printables but they were really cruddy likes "buy 8 packages, save 40 cents."

Any help from you seasoned folks is appreciated!
