Recently I had a problem with a product and when I wrote to the company they sent me out some FPC's.
My question is if the coupon says" ________ product up to 11.00"
Is there any place that would give you the 11.00 if the product was say 9.99?
Thanks for your help.

it really depends on the store .. When the coupon states that is up certain value, the store needs to write the value of the product and thats what they will get reinbused" some stores and in some post here I have read that they take the coupon for the whole value.

There should be no store that does that. It's an up to value, not a value.
If a store does that, it's because they made a mistake.
The $5 chapman coupon, for example, would allow for the full value because it's not an up to value.

I think overage happens on a coupon that's say, $3 off when it's only $2.50. But on FPCs, not so much.

Walmart never has for me. The cashiers will specifically print out a read of the prices that have rung up, match the UPC printed with the product UPC and then right away write the price on the coupon. One time the cashier said I was lucky because the up to value was 3.99 and my product was 3.97
Manufacturers most likely won't reimburse stores that do that since that's not the intended use. Which is probably why the stores here are trained so well.

I know with the Delissio FPCs I've redeemed I've gotten pizzas on sale and bought as many pizzas as I could up to the amount on the FPC. If that meant an $10 FPC with pizzas on sale for $3.99 each I would grab 3 pizzas, get 2 free and pay $1.97 on the last pizza.
