I do have to hand it to them. They made us wait all day, mysteriously lurking behind the scenes, not responding to any questions. Then they went live and the promo was such a breeze. Maybe they were waiting to make sure it actually worked before going live?

In the communication department, they can learn from Maple Leaf, who is very good at responding and teasing fans with upcoming times. But the other companies can learn from Thinsations in the "getting it to work and not angering your FB fans with technical difficulties" department.

Totally agreed! They did it 24 hours after the initial post about there being a sample. Guess that was our hint, lol.
