    I actually got through 3 times.... 21, 60 & 93... I had two cell phones and our land line going... I got through once on each... hubby and my son's gf were trying on their cells too, but didn't get through at all....

    oh well, tomorrow is another day....

    yes... we had the same thing.... it would ring once, then go to a busy signal or "no service" on the cell phones.... I think he had the winner two songs before he announced the winner... that's when our lines were funky.... also, it took a long time from 93 to announce the winner....

    wow - glad it wasn't yours; I bet there's going to be millions in damages throughout southern Ontario.

    there are shingles all over my lawn, I think from the neighbour's house; his roof is very old & mine was redone about 18 months ago ( @ least I hope they're from his, not mine !!! )

    After nearly one solid hour of listening to my neighbour's car alarm go off, I went & rang their doorbell, then knocked & then pounded on the door. *He* emerged from the basement & finally turned the darn thing off.

    I can still hear the honking.
