No idea how to advise on Windows 11 auto orientation. Just know when I open a picture file (downloaded or saved) there is usually a arrow clockwise symbol on upper right of image bar to click to rotate a photo to show the right way up. Then you can save file as same name or new name after rotation. Windows 10 in use over here.
