    @Ciel21
I can see the dates. When you said you miss the old tables, I thought you were saying you couldn't find future payments dates. If you can also see dates, then everything is fine. I misunderstood what you were trying to say.

I meant when we go into our CRA accounts My Account, the old format had Benefits and Payment sections that we could click on to see when our tax credits that we are eligible for are set to be direct deposited.

The new My Account is just basically an email box. Can only flag an email or archive it, or delete it. Nothing more.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for but this is what I see.

On the Benefits & Payment page I see this. Nothing shows for GST credit because strictly speaking there are no future payments right now and nothing will show until the new benefit year running from July 2025 to April 2026 gets setup.

When I click on Payments for OTB I see this. CCR is a bit messed up because I think they didn't want to start a new benefit year just for one payment so they stuck it in the 2023-24 benefit year.

I envy you for having the old format of My Account. I no longer see those sections in the current format of MyAccount via website. Checked tonight and still no email notice about CCR credit. Maybe next week.
The Notice of Assessment paper version likely is in the mail stream for delivery next week.

I saw posts indicating that mail union and Canada Post are no longer negotiating. Possible strike next month just after Victoria Day around May 22.

I checked my CCR deposit at Simplii using touchtone phone banking. Sometimes too lazy to go online. Most banks don't have that option. Both Simplii and Tangerine have it probably because they started in the 90's (Tangerine as ING and Simplii as PCF). I remember thinking how convenient it was to bank without having to go inside a branch or talk to anyone.

@Ciel21 I wonder if your account is in limited access mode as described by the link below. Maybe some glitch changed it from full to limited access. Hope they admit it was a mistake and don't make you go through identity verification again.

That access situation is probable. I have 50% interest in suspending direct deposits from CRA because I feel CRA wants to email me info rather than mail me info. I am aware that it is no longer possible to just remove banking info and leave it blank-CRA made changes in 2022 or early 2023 where once banking info is entered, it cannot be cleared and left empty.
    The good old days...
It had been about 8 months ago that I was logged into MyAccount last year. The CCR status and having phone filed my return are what prompted me to check my CRA account this month twice or thrice per week.

Canada Post and postal union are back at negotiations. We all probably should consider e-billing options before May 22 just in case (it will be hard for members without printer access who need print copies of bills, notices, et cetera) the report and talks are not satisfactory to all groups concerned.

GST Credit for new benefit year posted on MyAccount. Three of the 4 payment dates are earlier than the regular 5th of the month. April 2026 is extra early because of Good Friday. Nothing showing for Trillium Benefit yet.

@Ciel21 There's a delete button beside my direct deposit info. I didn't test it though. If it's missing, it's probably because of your account's limited access.

Wonder if this new benefit is of interest to anyone? Applying by June 30th seems a bit rushed eh? But would be great if approval went through and
    a cheque came in July!

A new Canadian government benefit payment launches in July and you can apply now

@walkonby That new benefit is taxable, costs applicants $150-200 to pay their doctors to complete the form (which was posted on June 20), and if anyone got their form in by June 30- there is a 28-day processing period. So effectively no one will see a payment before August.
@eataiag I have the full MyAccount experience now. In the last week of June, I learned I am now getting OTB monthly.

@Ciel21 OMG! Thank you for doing the deep dive on that benefit. Very disappointing! The article made it sound like easy benefit money for those in need!
