Found a great deal on the larger size of Crest Pro-Health for $1!! Picked up 10 and with 10 free floss. Also found 5 packs of Starbucks Via marked $1 but rang in at $7.97 SCOP on all 5 packs.

Great brag. How come they SCOPed all bags of Starbucks? Usually its just the first and then you pay the $1 for the rest. Love your bigger bottles of Crest Rinse.

Is SCOP different in Quebec as far as if the item is marked you cannot get a SCOP? In Ontario, if the item has the price ON IT (as yours does) you don't get SCOP you just get the item for the price listed. Is it the same in Quebec?

Quebec Policy, yes they did it wrong there was no "scop" because it has a label. Oh well, OP's gain.
Examples
Item that costs $10 or less
In a supermarket posting the price labelling and accuracy policy, you notice that the price rung in at the cash register for laundry soap is higher than the price indicated on the label of the shelf where you found the soap. If the price is under $10, demand that you be given the product free of charge.
Item that costs $10 or more
You go into a hardware store to buy an electric drill and, on returning home, you compare your cash register receipt with the price announced in the circular, you realize that the price you paid is higher than the advertised price. Ask the cashier or manager of the hardware store to correct the price of the drill to the advertised price and to give you a $10 discount off the corrected price.

thanks I learn something about the item labelled in a store who apply scop...
Now I know the store I was there last sunday didn't apply it properly. I called OPC to be sure and after I called the store to let them know. They ask me some info and are suppose to call me back today.
And sure next time I will know the scop apply to product of all the store if they decided to no put label on all item. So this apply also on item on the clearance bin having a label on it. Last sunday I was only reimbursed for the difference and didn't get my item for free
