No, they shouldn't, that's why any of the stacking/PMing deals are total YMMV. Today, newwestcouponer posted the answer she got from Walmart:

    Good morning Allison,

    Thank you for contacting us.
In regards to your email request, please be advised that we do not have publicly available guidelines.

    * Competitors coupons qualify if:
o issued by a Canadian competitor
    o for a specific item for a specified price i.e. $2.99
o buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified price
o they have a valid expiration date
o and are acceptable in black, white or color

Walmart Canada does not allow Coupon Stacking.
Thus, you can't use two coupons. It's official. The only way to use both coupons is to use one as PM. But once again, Walmart Price Match policy...

    We do not honor:

•Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined
JadeDragon explained it so easy and perfectly:

I read this as a logical answer:

CZ shows 75 cents off but no final price - WM will not match or honor.

CZ shows $2.50 for Product X - they will price match. Deduct your Manf Coupon. This is not a stack it is a price match less Mfg Cpn.

    They don't allow stacking.
Definitely, it's up to the stores manager whether this is allowed, but if your Walmart is saying sorry, you can't, they're completely right, and act within their own Price Match and Coupons Policy.

If it was not for other peoples brag. I would have not even thought to ask my Walmart about this. But when I did they said NO NO NO. So I went to RCSS and they said Yes Yes Yes. I guess you win some and you lose some. Thanks for posting

I suggest a drinking game : Everytime we see this coupon policy posted take a shot! I'm hammered already................

Here it's the part of Walmart coupons policy:

Number of coupons that can be used for each item:
only one acceptable coupon may be presented for each purchased item within a transaction
    • store managers reserve the right to limit quantities where multiple coupons are being used for multiple purchases of
    the same item

    • Competitors coupons qualify if:
o issued by a Canadian competitor
    o for a specific item for a specified price i.e. $2.99
o buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified price
o they have a valid expiration date
o and are acceptable in black, white or color
Thus, CZ coupons even shouldn't be accepted...none of them have " a specified price". I also can't see how those coupons can be used as a price match, again Walmart Price Match policy:
    We do not honor:
•Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined
    •Internet pricing
•Misprinted ad prices of other retailers
•"Going out of business" sales or "close out" prices”
We DO NOT match the price in the following types of competitor ads:
•Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price◦example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"
•Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product◦example: "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
•Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card◦example: "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card
•Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
•Going out of business or closeout prices
    •Percentage off◦example: "All mascara, 40% off"
    •Competitors' private label price promotions

Thus, any of those deals are total YMVV. If you got it, way to go! Great haul! But I wouldn't recommend anyone to call to HO... otherwise you could actually change it easily for everyone ... Walmart HO is well-known for sending a memo to stores after a few of such calls.

Do you have a FPC for the Corona? I think I can rip some veggie coupons from a Ziploc pack for the limes.

I think I'm going to need some Tide Stain remover to deal with the aftermath of your drinking game.
