what do the stars mean and what do the colors of them mean?

i looked to see if this has been brought up and i am wondering,i know you get the little green rep thingys on your profile,but what do the stars mean,and the colors?

i notice i have a few and i was thinking "how did i get those?"

stupid question i know but please tell me

when the bars fill up, they turn into a blue star star.. when you get five blue stars, they turn into a pink star.. when you get five pink stars they turn into gold stars.. when you get five gold stars, they turn into a pink heart the same goes for the hearts, but depending on how many reps you get, it might take awhile to get gold hearts

Sometimes the stars and bars get "stuck" and they don't move even though you're still getting reps from people.. don't fret, the points still accumulate, but for some reason, like I said, they get "stuck"... or has this been fixed now? I haven't been paying attention... lol.. anyway, once the points reach the next level - getting a heart - then everything resets and you start all over again, but with a heart
