Finally a brag-able 20x day for me :)

I don't think I have ever used more than maybe $10 in coupons on a 20x day.... I have always stocked up on pop, water, chips, cookies, life brand PT... The usual one days sale items that go with a 20x day. No coupons for any of that stuff.
But this time all the right stuff was on sale and I had the coupons for everything!

Well.... 29.98 cuz she did the toothbrush ones at .99

Plus the pops and the chips and the cookies (and a Kinder surprise that got past me) for total of $88 +10 in taxes
Total OOP was $69
But I used a (BDay) MC GC that had $30 on it. Less than $40 in cash out of my tight budget

Just make sure the cashier at SDM hits subtotal before ringing in the coupons. I put my coupons on the counter while I was getting the rest of the good out of the cart. She started rung in the coupons before hitting subtotal, so I ended up having to buy $4 in crap-ola to get the total back up to $50. (There were a bunch of people waiting behind me at the till so I just ended grabbing junk food) So much for trying to save money

It doesn't matter when you give the coupons as long as your purchases total $50 or more before coupons. I always have a calculator with me.

Great shopping, gotta love it when 20x matches up with your coupons/sales! I did the 20x this weekend as well, she tried to tell me I needed to spend 8$ more (42$ before tax after coupons), but I got 12,800 points! Whoo!

I did 2 shop on saturday, the 1st one it was $24.00 plus tax and I got over 11000 on points and the other one was $36.00 and I got over 12000 in points !!!

in each one I hit the $50.00 mark and they took the coupons off and thats what I paid and I did got the 20X .. they told me I was not going to get them if I didn't spend the money .. and I just told them its fine .. and I GOT THEM STILL !

Another SC gave me the tip ! so I tried and worked

Yes yes yes...Just give them the card. They don't control wether you get the points or not.
just tell them to swipe the card!
They get the $$ value back on the coupons so the coupons are just like you handing over the cash.
