You have found the +K party list! Private Message 1jenna1 to join a party, so you don't get lost in this thread. This is what would happen:

-create a list of people who are interested in receiving/giving +K
-on the party day, each person should have +10K available to give
-each person participating would ask for +K in a particular topic(s)
-a group of 11 interested people (all with +10K each) would be considered one party
-each person would give +10K and receive +10K in kind
-additional parties will be added as interest merits
-Once you are added to a party, just go through the list & +K the other 10 people in the party. If you run out of +K, just come back the next day and finish anyone you missed.
-Klout link (ie: http://klout.com/#/SnyMed ) & SC id would be needed (for communication purposes)...provide Twitter id too if you wish to join the +K Twitter party too

You increase your Klout score by being active in social media little Twitter, Facebook & Google +. Specifically, by having back & forth online transactions with people, liking people/having people like you, following people/having people follow you, getting retweeted on Twitter, getting your Facebook content shared, etc.

It may have happened if you signed up with Facebook or Google +. I am guessing it happened because there are a few people who pop up with your name. Still links to you.

10pts is the amount of "Ks" that you have...it never goes higher than 10. You use those to buy topics (+5K) or +1K friends/family/influencers. Your Klout score is the big number at the top left...it ranges from 0-100. 0 would be someone not active in any online networks like Facebook, Twitter or Google +, and 100 would be Justin Bieber (he is the only 100 I have found).

When they are offering perks, they are looking at the big number on the top left. So, for this current perk they are looking for people with a Klout score of 40. To raise the Klout score, being involved with social networks greatly helps. Something like attending a Twitter party really helps the score.
