i was able to sign in after a very long time of being unsuccessful and did the survey, picked my 8 samples, clicked submit order and got the matienece page! ughh

What is their idea of a "quick" maintenance? Over an hour is not "quick" in my book...

After 20 minutes finally got my 7 samples - I hope they fix the website for next time. At least it's brands I don't usually use - it'll be nice to try new stuff.
