finally got mine

oh my gosh, that was so frustrating. it kept bringing me back to the registration page, not showing all the survey questions, sometimes showing log in information with the shipping information and then sometimes not, and not connecting to the data base. i probably tried about 50 times and FINALLY got through. just keep trying people!! don't give up

I thought I got mine, but when I clicked "track your order" it said "no current order on file" so I tried again, thought I got through and got the same "no current order on file" when clicking on "track your order".

did you receive a confirmation order? if not then it might not have gone though. you need to receive the confirmation email to confirm the order

It should cancel the order if you don't confirm it with the email they send. Or someone else might have a really good mail day in 4-6 weeks! lol

i got booted off and had the same no order to track thing
i tried again and gave me the choice of all 8 samples...(said no to sunlight since i dont have a dishwasher)
it sent me an email verification that i got right away and now its on its way :D

That's what happened to me except I had 8, selected them then clicked send got an error message then when I went back I only had 2 as well
