I have always loved cheese, all kinds of cheese. I'm trying to reduce my cheese intake but find I'm somewhat addicted. Does anyone else have this issue?
I found I was not the only one, so I did some research.
Quite an interesting read actually. So if you are an addict and find cheese hard to give up.....read on.

Yup, cheese really is addictive. I gave that up as well and I am now vegan, No meat, no dairy, no eggs. Just fruits, vegetables, grains, seeds and nuts.

It wasn't the smell of durian that bothered me, I couldn't handle the consistency.
Is cloth bound cheddar good? I can't tell....
Blue cheese on toasted bruschetta though, om nom nom heaven!!!

We eat cheese. I confess.
We are trying to eat the low fat cheese with less salt.
We try to cut the thinnest slices we can and eat the amount recommended by Dietitians of Canada.
I don't think we will stop.

I don't think we are addicted. If there isn't a good sale, we just don't buy any.
