parents who do not follow through with threats they make to their children.

they are lazy & they are creating an even bigger problem

SO TRUE! My son learned at an early age that I don't make idle threats and he had to move an entire woodpile himself several times himself for screwing up. He's 27 and still respects his mother for this very reason. All these wonderful innovations we have and NO ONE has invented a self cleaning bed yet!

My boys are 27 & 24 this year. They knew I always meant what I said.

I hate seeing parents scream at their kids to stop screaming. Not fair not to set boundaries for children. They should understand that concept with guidance from mom & dad.
