That's a good question!! We should be able to send our BP when we have received the envie

Thats what i was thinking. I accidently deleted your message with your addy in it. i really dont think its fair to have to use extra postage to send BP's straight to you in case something happens with the train and for some reason (mail gets lost ect.) not everyone sees the train. Thats why most trains the BP is included in a small extra baggie within the train.

If you feel more comfortable sending your BP with the train that is FINE. I don't want anyone to feel that it is unfair BUT it was in the rules at the start of the train. Send it first or in the train. I was doing it first so I could get the winner of the gift card their prize right away. I will send out GC once I have all the BPs. I will also post the winner on here.
