i have a few of these, can someone let me know if i buy the same cereal box 3 times how do i know which item i want? or are they all for the same item??

Each pin lets you pick which item you want...when you enter it you get put to a save.ca site where all the possible choices are there.
You can have any one as many times as you have pins.
