Going shopping in USA NEED COUPONS anyone know where to get any?

Hey Everyone;

A friend of mine and I are going shopping in the states the second week of July and are wanting to do a coupon grocery shop haul if we can. The problem is that I am not finding any sites that allow Canadians to print coupons or get coupons mailed here.
Also I am noticing that a lot of American coupon sites won't even let me look at their site cause it says I am not in the right country to view the site.

What do I do?
How can I get my hands on some great American coupons?
If anyone knows where I can find any or have extras from their shopping trip can you please comment or message me.
Also any rules I need to know about border crossing with certain items?

Please if anyone knows anything I hope to do a shop soon.

i have a bunch of the inserts from the last week in june, if you send me a wishlist i can look thru for you

I am going to grand forks.. I print coupons from target and from coupons.com

and you can buy inserts if you really want..

Or you can look in the sunday papers.. thats all I know.

Have you tried www.redplum.com and www.smartsource.com If you are required to put an address to get coupons put your hotel address and zip code in the U.S.
