Those are ladybug larvae and pupa. Don't kill them, they will eat other pests you may have

They are probably there because they are eating whatever has been nibbling on your raspberries.

I'll trade you for some cucumber beetles that have pretty much destroyed my ENTIRE crop of cucumbers. I cried. I swear.
