I mix water & baking soda to a paste and use that to scrub grout with a scrub brush, rinse floors to remove sediment & voila, clean grout.
Edit to add - I remember seeing the infomercial for that stuff, and in my google search, I read a lot of bad reviews not only for the product, but for the sales of the product.
Here is my own example using baking soda - the floors were done by the previous owner and they did a terrible job, so dirty grout really shows how bad it is:

Well, I did buy it at the Seen on TV store and am very pleased with the results. It is acutally a sort of paint for grout, but boy do my floors look nice now!
