This is a company review actually, not a store. I won a Lysol No Touch system from well.ca
, and bought some refills in the US, but they wouldn't fit in.
(I can't go & return them, I bought 'em in the Michigan.) I sent Lysol Canada a pic (on facebook) showing how they don't fit. They responded the next day saying yes, they make two different systems, and to call them. I called July 19 & spoke with a very helpful rep (in the US) who explained I bought Lysol No Touch system Kitchen refills. She said she'd sent me a voucher for a refill, which I just received today (8 business days later) from Mississauga, ON. No long delay, nice!
The FPC has no max $ amount, expires Feb. 2013, and is good for a long list of Reckitt Benckiser products, including Clearasil, Resolve, Woolite, Easy Off, Calgon, etc!!
I'm very impressed with such courteous, prompt customer service!

That's amazing! I'm actually surpised that they'd do that...considering that most other companies would say that it was your fault for not reading the instructions (it's happened to me lol). Like you said, way to go Lysol!
Complete quick surveys and cash out at every $20. Receive a cheque, deposit it into your bank. That easy! https://legerweb.com/2Q7V3

That's good you got a real reply. I only get auto replies
I am currently looking for coupons for non parishable foods or grocery coupons good until December to help with Christmas food helpers.

Yes, many companies are defensive, but both were so polite & quick to help. It's always good to talk to companies about such issues, when given a chance, many will come through.
