^^^^^That's good to hear.. I LOVE the metallic pens but you can only get 2 per year.. Gave one to my ma and she forgot it at work and another worker used it and loved it and was goign to take it home LOL.. I felt bad and got more points to get it but realized you can only get 2 a year =(

i love the metalic pens too! i'll definately be ordering before dec 31st

Does anyone else have problems with any of the games? It seems I only get points for Geography, Word Search and the Jigsaw Puzzles. I know some of the others you have to get to certain levels, etc. Wven when I do, I'm not getting points?

Yeah, actually, that happens to me too. I get points for the memory game though, so I mostly just play that one over and over.

I can't play ice cream picaso and a few others.. the website gets blocked by Norton than reloading same page will crash it =/ So I stick to puzzle and geography.

You do get points for every game you complete [ie once the page clicks off onto the game over/points claim page] If you click off onto another tab and load another game it won't show the points you won but you did win them.. This was the "expliot" some SC-ers dubbed on me. It's unintentional but the system won't load your points until you play another game and click on your points than it'll bump up your points to the correct amount [including said points you missed] this can cause you to go over the daily limit by accident. Maybe it's internet connection speed issues? I dunno...

I simply wait and wait until the page loads fully.

Than again maybe this isn't what's happening to you.. best to contact chapman's and maybe you'll get a reply in a wek or so.

I was just wondering if anyone else is having any problems with the metallic pens? I receieved one a month or two a go and it was GREAT so I ordered some more and not one of the 5 others we've ordered shown up in one piece.

First one, I only got the bottom part of the pen...the envie was torn and the rest of the pen was lost in the mail

Second one, I got NOTHING - the envie was torn along the bottom where it had fallen out

Third one, another bottom only

Then yesterday I got three baggy's with the envies in them from CP and one had the bottom only again, and the other two the pens were both broken in half and now they won't stay together and and the push down thing with the spring will not work not that it really matters since the pen won't stay together....silly things

What do I do?!?
