Does anyone know how often they put out "new" prizes?

I just started playing these games but I'm not getting points. Anyone else have this problem. I finish the game and it just sits there and does nothing.

Sometimes it's super slow...try playing one of the little kids games (like memory) and once you're done let it sit until it says you've won the 40 points. After that it will show all points you've earned.

It can take up to a minute for it to award my points sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't award them at all. I don't really mind, since it just means doing one more quick puzzle or word search.

Their site is a bit slow today. I've been timed out of the system multiple times.

The site is always slow when I'm on it, and I get timed out all the time, I just reload the page and my points show up like they're supposed to.

This seems to make things load faster for me.

They offer a $5 coupon through the Kids Club if you accumulate enough points and redeem for it (7500 points). Not sure if there are others floating around but I've read that some people have received some through mail outs.

Yes they mail out 1 x $5 coupon per year on top of their Kids Club program. You just have to contact their customer service.
