SMB - for headaches that are "OMG just let me die already!" physiot. told me to put ice pack on back of my neck for 10 mins. and it works!!! Its worth a shot there gal!

Well time for tea, and the sun came out and is shining (darn, I have to finish the washing ... yea I like hanging them outside! lol) and Im going to get some plants ready to bring in. I made 2 suppers up ahead of time last night so I just have to do the little veggie thing tonight and turn on the micro! YAHOO!!! Just remembered, better finish cleaning the fridge, I started about 2 hours ago! lol later ppl

i did the fridge yesterday, i donno how often most ppl do it, but mine was filthy. but i only used vinegar and water. what is a pain in the butt is when it's full and you hafta find room on a cluttered table to put stuff.

but it's done for the next *mumbles..6months to a year*
