Thread: smart source problems

Every time I print a smart source coupon the year is cut off every since it went to 2012. You only see half the 2012. I just printed a coupon that should be good until Feb 2013 but because you can only see the top part of the number, you can't tell that it is in fact a 3 so i could be denied because of questionning the year. I communicated with smart source about this issue and they have not fixed it but just blame it on me when I verified as they said re: settings. All is updated and everything. Are others having this problem and can we please notify in numbers of the issue if it's not just me so that they can finally fix this. No point offering coupons is year and sometimes addresses are cut off at the bottom and people refuse to let us cash them in. I was nearly denied with the thinsations because it cut off part of the postal code. I didn't have any problems till the year changed to 2012 and it just seems like the whole coupon is pushed downward and thus cut off at important points on the bottoms of certain lines. If anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know since smart source themselves weren't able to since all my settings were fine.

Thanks Annatree, your solution worked perfectly. This is the first time I've ever encountered a conflict with accessibility settings so I hadn't even thought of that. I'll have to try to remember to switch back and forth since it's too straining to read the small print.
SnowFlakey, I'm sorry I can't help you but I hope someone can help you out too. I'm not the greatest with technology. I had mine on medium font so it seems it will have to be on small font. The tech person had said something to me about printer spooled but mine was set right.
