LD new rules for stacking?...."cannot combine"

Was at LD (BC) last night and was going to stack with a few Dove products and the lady at CS said her manager just told her that they cannot accept stacks when the coupon says "cannot combine with other offers"..."or coupons".
Has anyone else encounter this today...not sure if it is YMMV..probably is but just wondering what others experiences have been with stacking.

Each store has their own exact wording that they will accept, I have 2 different SOF in the same town that I shop in and even they are different. One will accept any coupon as stackable as long as it doesn't have " cannot be combined with another coupon" or " combination with another coupon or offer is Prohibited." The other one will not take anything the even says "cannot be combined with any other offer". You can tell which one I shop at all the time

I have called into 3 different locations of LD that are close enough for me to shop at to get the heads up on their policies and they are all a bit different as to what they will accept.

My location stopped taking the coupons with the word other coupons.
Makes it way harder to know what they take now. I find every desk clerk is different too.

Not from BC but each store can do what they wish

Here it is as long as they don't say combined with any other coupon or strictly prohibited it is stackable
