I've already posted this (without pictures) in a SDM thread, but I really wanted to post here.
Thank you so much to my fellow SCers. I know this is not a crazy awesome brag, but this one means a lot to me.
It has taken me over 5 years of collecting Optimum points to earn just 30,944 points. I chose to redeem 25,000 points today since usually bonus redemption days require more points than I have.
In one trip I earned 48,100 points because of SC forums and the people on it.
I just wanted to note that I didn't have to do any shelf clearing (okay, I cleared one stack, but there was another of the same kind right beside it).
So here goes:
4x Honey Roasted Cashews & Hazelnut = $8.00
4x Pretzel & Peanut Butter = $8.00
4x Toasted Coconut & Cashews = $8.00
12x Milk Chocolate = $24.00
1 Quo Nail Enamel = $2.99
1 $10 SDM gift card = $10.00
Total: $67.62
Redeem 25,000 points -$50.00
$10 SDM gc -$10.00
Total OOP = $7.62
Total Optimum Points before checkout: 30,944
Total Optimum Points after checkout: 54,044This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug Mart

I love chocolate too...until I actually have it. I was putting the chocolate bars in the fridge and it was actually making me a little queasy thinking about eating all that chocolate! Luckily I'm moving back home and I know my parents will be helping me eat it (especially my dad). And I'll be saving some to put in stockings at Christmas!
