See under your name where it says Trade Rating? Find that on her profile and click it and it will take you to the rating page. You can only choose positive, neutral or negative but you can leave excellent in the comments

I hate leaving negative feedback but I think this is the first time I will have to do it. The person hasn't gotten back to me in over a week, didn't ride according to the rules (info that I requested once train was received) and now, she is nowhere to be found. Have sent 2 additional PM's on top of posts on the thread and this user seems to have no activity. She also hasn't left feedback and now I'm worried if I leave a neg, she'll do it to spite me. I already have a hard enough time finding people that will leave me feedback. That's why my rating is low and I refuse to leave feedback before the other party does first.

There is a thread called the blacklist thread for posts like these (it is in the trading forum), you can see if anyone else is having the same issue with that person - if someone leaves you negative feedback as retaliation you can PM caring to have it removed (she will PM the person to make sure it was retaliation and not legit negative feedback)
But honestly, you should leave feedback when you get your end, not after they give feedback, they too may just be waiting for you to give feedback before leaving it and that causes issues like you mention about not getting feedback.

Thanks for the advice.
The rules clearly stated that feedback must be left for the conductor once train was received. If you don't agree, don't ride. So it shouldn't be a surprise. Plus, I'm being ignored for a week now, so it's obviously some kind of issue.

just wondering about lost trains and leaving feedback... if it's someone you trust and you really believe CP lost the envie, should you still have to leave neutral since technically you can't prove either way? i sort of feel like not leaving any rating at all because neutral still looks bad and i wouldn't want to upset anyone. and if i don't leave feedback, should i still expect to get feedback from them since they did get the train i sent?

I think there's a way you can look on the person's profile and see what other posts they have made. I did it once but not sure if I remember how exactly. You can see if this SC'er is Missing in Action completely or making other posts but ignoring you....just a thought.

What qualifies for a negative rating? I have conducted many trains now with no issues. But one passenger on a train held on to the train for over two weeks causing over half of the train to have to be thrown out because the coupons were going to expire before the train arrived at the next rider. To top that they never left a rating and also never posted in the thread that they even recieved it. Nothing was known till the next rider after recieved the train. All of which was in the rules of the train on the thread and also in the paper that was with the train. Is this enough for a negative rating?
