Getting started in Cornwall On

Hello everyone!
I recently moved to Cornwall, On from Moose Jaw, Sk and I'm having a hard time getting familiar with the local newspaper, getting to know when the coupon inserts come out, etc. Is there anyone out there that lives in Cornwall that might be able to give me a few tips?

Hi! I don't live in Cornwall but I go there frequently and I have family there. Watch the Standard Freeholder for the coupon inserts. Cornwall Walmart SUCKS! LOL... it's always busy and they are often out of things They do have a nice Food Basics and a nice Metro.

Cornwall is a nice place even though it gets kind of a bad rap sometimes.

thanks girls! i really like cornwall too, my husband is in the military, so we're posted here for a few years. i called the standard freeholder but they said the coupon inserts are put together somewhere else. Any idea what day of the week the inserts usually come in the freeholder? i know in Saskatchewan, they came in the saturday edition of the times harold.

I bet it's easy to get the Ottawa Citizen and Ottawa Sun in Cornwall. They both get coupon inserts like Red Plum and P&G on a regular basis. The Ottawa Citizen is Saturday and Ottawa Sun, on Sunday. Just look up the dates in the appropriate thread on this site for alerts on when these inserts come out.
