My safeway has $1 off 2 dozen eggs from the egg farmers exp oct 20, 2012 in the egg section.
I did fairly well shopping today I spent $101 ($111) used the $10 off and the 100 airmiles coupons. I had a couple $1 off bassillis and a $2 off Panabello pizza for 50 bonus airmiles and bought a bunch of giovanni pasta for 120 bonus airmiles. plus my 5 base airmiles = 275 airmiles

Yes, you can. My liquor store in Canmore always has the coupon at the till as well.

So today I made my way into the Safeway 'near' me that has the extreme bonus (and has since November 2011). I've been going once a month or so, depending on my schedule and the young spawn as it is a 1/2 hour drive.
The bonus has been spend $100 get 250 airmiles. When you spend $200 the cashiers were always nice enough to offer to split the transaction to ensure you were getting 2 x 250. Well as of last Friday it had been limited to 1 x 250 per day per card :-(
Today I was only spending $100 so not a huge deal but the 1/2 drive has certainly become less attractive!
Today's shop:
$116 OOP
33% savings, paper, club card, $10 email direct combined.
350 airmiles earned

Yes I miss the extreme bonus air miles in BC. I was told today for the first time at our safeway that we could not use the 100 air miles coupon more than once a day. Explained that is news to me. The cashier asked the manager and it was good to go. We always shop with 3 family members that give us cash for each transaction.
Got 400 air miles today with about 30 extra for special bonus air miles.
Happy about the .99 lb turkey's. Only was 1 per family. Otherwise we would have got another one.
Our safeway had a bunch of 50 percent off items today. Mostly cleaning and hair products. Picked up some lysol wipes for a good deal for 50 percent off a 3 pack.
