I just print off a metric and imperial conversion chart from the web. Some of the print calendars have the charts in the back too - even calendars from the dollar store.

Walmart Superstore

Bosc pears = $0.77/lb but cash register receipt shows pears cost $2.80/kg. Something is not right.

Went to customer service and told them the price in the produce department is not the price I paid. Should be $1.69/kg and not $2.80/kg. I wanted a refund.
She says, “Our mistake in the confusing signage. You get a refund, but you get to keep the pears too (SCOP). And Happy Thanksgiving.”

Glad I paid attention in Mr. Murphy’s math class.

I am making my son read this post. See some math IS for every day use. lol
