I figure I cannot possibly be the only one on here who loves her DVDs! I find a couple of them totally brutal (like my arms are gonna burn off my body brutal) but I am always sooooo glad when I push through and finish them off strong! Anyone have a favourite workout of hers? I find her "Killer Buns and Thighs" DVD the WORST! (and the best obviously haha). I try and do a different one every day, I have all of her DVD's except a couple of the really new ones and the yoga meltdown dvd.

(Hopefully someone replies so I don't feel dumb )

Hey, I have here DVD's as well and love/hate doing them. I always feel much better after doing them but for the first 5 minutes of them I have to talk myself into keeping it on. The only video of hers that I don't like is her Yoga video. I just find it awkward to do and not at all what Yoga should be like

I just started her Ripped in 30 again last Thursday

Ya, I am not really into yoga so I never got that one. I am most interested in strength building (love her arms!) and getting some cardio in. I did the No More Trouble Zones DVD today and I thought I was going to fizz out in the 4th circuit! It is truly a love/hate relationship! I really do enjoy a tough workout though, and after all this time, the results don't lie!

Love love love Jillian Michaels dvds! I have them all Lol the only one I don't like is the kickboxing one, because I'm not really into kickboxing moves... I didn't like the yoga one before either but now I do, though it isn't as good of a workout as her other dvds, but it's definitely my favourite kind of yoga (not slow or "boring" at all )! Right now I'm working through her body revolution dvds - yikes!!!

My all time favorite JM dvd has got to be 6 week 6 pack, followed by an "oldie but goodie" 30 Day Shred!

I really like doing the 6w6p DVD too! Level 2 makes me feel like I'm new to working out, and the first time I did it I barfed because my heart rate got so high haha! I really want the two new ones she has out, and body revolution too. I'm hoping for them for Christmas . I take it body revolution is worth it?

It's called "Kickbox Fastfix". It's 3, 20-minute workouts. They're not hard but good cardio!

Yes! Body revolution is definitely worth it! I was hesitant to get it at first because it was pricey, but for all the workout dvds that you get with it, plus all the other extras, it's definitely worth it!! I love the workouts - they are only 30 minutes (that's my preferred workout time ) but definitely challenging ! I have noticed definite muscle definition since starting them!
