When the chocolate bar promotion was going on, I suggest my kids (grown) to sign up and get an easy start of 8000 bonus points. Well they did but a couple decided they didn't want to bother and wanted to give me their points. Well, they can't log into their account and they said the don't even get any emails from them regarding any of the promotions, etc.
Has anyone else ever had this problem and what can they do?This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Not sure if it's the same thing, but I couldn't sign in.
I first signed up 5 years ago, just when they were changing the cards to the new ones.
They sent me a new card with a new number shortly after I signed up for the old one.
They never transferred my information.
I'd suggest just calling. The reason they can't sign in could be that someone didn't put the applicable information with the card.

it takes a bit for them to enter the information but if you call them they will do it right away for you

I had problems signing in. Wouldnt accepy my info. I called and checked my points. I hope nothing is going happen like last year...........
