I found some rebate forms at Shoppers for $5 cara e-dining card that can be used at Swiss Chalet and Harvey's you can request 3 per-household. You have to purchase Aspirin 81 mg 100 tabs or more. Its a even better deal if you have coupons for the Aspirin and get it on sale and then send in the completed form for up to 3 cards that's $15.
