I do not feel that I have a shopping addiction but I do feel that I have some financial challenges...I call them my children and after I pay for activities, clothes, food, items for them, day care, etc...I have nothing left!

I just love to do shopping but i dont exceed my limit. i purchase only my needs and not all the things which my eyes look at. Addicted to shopping is not the right sign.

Previously I don't get even time for shopping but when the trend for online shopping sites entered I get addicted towards shopping. Daily I got great offers from various online shopping sites which is helpful for me to save money and time. I bought only useful things at affordable price.

For me i am rather rational on shopping, refusing any kinds of impulsive shopping.

Shopping make me feel better !!
I do search a lot on internet about sales & discount.
My recent purchase was lovely iPhone case and a genuine leather wallet personalized with my name.

I am very much fond of shopping but I only buy those things which are needed. Mostly I love to do online shopping as it provides amazing range of discounts and offers that attracts people a lot.

Shopping is so relaxing for me - like EYE CANDY! I can't help but find awesome stuff and sales if I go shopping so I'm prepared to treat myself with reasonable stuff.
If i'm slightly unsure about something, I'll come back to it. If i'm still thinking about it after some other stores and it's worth the walk back, then buy with no remorse.
Always pay down your credit cards! don't pay an extra 20% for stuff (interest the card charges).
My big problem is that I have a hard time ridding old clothes and possessions... closet disaster!

You need to evaluate what you are spending your money on, how much you really need that item. You also need to set up a budget giving yourself a certain amount of spending money with the balance going into savings and keeping it there. You might stop window shopping or online shopping as well to keep from tempting yourself.

If budgets worked, Canadians wouldn't be at an at an all time high of being in debt. A budget is like a diet (die with a t!), and the more you tell yourself you can't spend (or eat), the higher the impulse to do exactly that. The hard part is to figure out how to cut back without feeling deprived and that goes beyond just looking at numbers on a sheet. People have to figure out the reasons why they spend like they do in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if those reasons didn't have anything to do with what they bought.
