I just wondered what is the significance of the red maple leafs, the different colored hearts, the different colored stars and the colored bar chart after one's identifying code?

I have tried to draw some co-relation to number of posts, likes received etc, but until now I have been unable to figure it out.
If someone has the answer, please help me out. I hate being in the dark, but that is just my nature.
