3000 BP when you spend 20 on lip colour and balm
1.50 off LB 8 roll paper towel
3.00 off any Essie nail polish
1.50 off Lady Speed Stick

Last week I got 3000 BP on eye colour, and cat litter BP, bb cream and buckleys coupons

The week before I got 3000 BP when you buy detergent/cleaner
whiskas treats, B1G1 Quality St, and lubriderm coupons

Not exactly sure - seems like a random selection with Shoppers - they sent me an email saying something "exciting" was coming and a few days later i'm getting the emails each week.

The email said it was a random selection of members, I guess they are just testing it as some of us have had issues with the coupons
Plus status seems to have been dropped by SDM, you used to get extra offers etc

The emails are totally random. My sister and I have almost the exact same demos (2 parent, 2 kid households, kids are the same general ages, we're both in the 25-30 range, both shop the same store regularly and we live next door to each other) and she gets them but I don't.
