how long they take to credit the points... like have more then 1000 pts pending... so how long i need to wait... nad i did a survey three days back for 200pts.... since the completion of the survey the points are not showing in my acoount not even in pending pts.... wondering why is this.....? i emailed them regarding this but no reply from them...?

It does take awhile for points to go from pending to awarded - about 4-6 weeks. I have e-mailed them before regarding a few surveys which I've done which haven't even gone into pending - they should right after you complete the survey. It does take them awhile to respond - I've been waiting a week for one response from them already.
I love what they pay for surveys but their support team could use improvement!

You probably do this already manishaarnav - but I've been writing down every survey number that I've completed and the date and time. If there is any issue then I have the info for support. It's handy also when the surveys go from pending to rewarded to keep track of the process and if any go missing that way or not - but that's never happened to me.

Just a note of info. Since my first payment through paypal I've been getting surveys via e-mail that I use for paypal as well - which is different e-mail than the one I signed up with Web. I did a few of these and have not gotten credit - which I think is because that e-mail is not the e-mail I signed up under. ( I've e-mailed support almost 2 weeks ago regarding this a still waiting for reply of course.)
A good indication is that I do have an survey send via the e-mail I use for paypal and it is not waiting for me in Web's site under my account.

I would not worry at all about not receiving your payment, I have been a member for many years and have always been paid within 6 weeks tops of reaching a payout level. I also have noticed that they seem to have frozen my points just lately...just short of payout yet my earned to be paid points are racking up like crazy
I have much experience in business accounting and I would guess, not sure, that this is a year end budget thing. Budget is running low and they being careful, or the clients that pay them so that they can pay us are being careful about budgets.
Have no fear, Web Perspectives is the most trusted out there and you will be paid.

Thanks chirpsoul. I recommend web to others as well. I have just over 2000 pending for a while now and not moving lately so sounds like you have the right idea!!
Also for paypal it is very reasonable - about 5 days from when you request it that it's deposited - I've already cashed out 2wice since joining in August for total of $40!.

Have yet to hear from support on a few surveys but I will wait a few weeks and send a reminder note regarding them.

I have been checking my account as well went from 850 pts to 1750 today when I checked. Still have quite a bit of pending credits but I have noticed the past few wks they have been moving along quickly!

Just did a survey today and noticed where the reward amount was(which normally is say 200 points for example)it has a $ amount(that being for this paerticular survey was $0.25-$3.00).

Found that really neat and prefer this better even though I have already figured out how much $ each survey was worth prior to this!

I just finished a survey and it's not showing up in my pending. I never had this happen before, usually it will show right away. Has this happened to anyone else before and will it show up or do I have to submit a ticket?

Its happened to me once the last week. I sent an e-mail to support and they added manualy the credit.

woohoo!!! I decided to log in to see how many points I have... I went from 825 to 1125! so I cashed out for $10 paypal!!!! that makes my total for 2012 $90! woot!

Thanks for the heads up Just checked my balance and I was at 1100 8th redemption for me, I started by the end of June, so, for 5 months and half - 80$
