not sure where to post this - shoppers 20x event question

I am new to using the optimum card and this will be my first 20x when you spend $50 event i am going to. I have my list made and my total is 50.53 but this includes the jameison vitamin c which is advertised as having 300 bonus points. will i still get the 20x points or doo i have to have $50 before any items with bonus points? i just dont want to get to cash ans be dissapointed if i dont get the 20x. any help would be great.

From my past experiences with SDM, bonus points are added as a separate line on the receipt. You should be fine with your list and you will get 20x the points plus 300 BP.

Great job on getting right to $50, at $50.53. Just make sure to watch the register before you end that the total is infact over $50 before taxes, as your total is cutting it close. We always grab something for a few bucks to tack on, just to be sure.

I also did my first 20x a couple of months ago, and I had a coupon for free wipes when you buy TP, but the cashier gave me both TP AND wipes for free. Normally, I would've been super happy, but not this time as the coupon was entered as an FPC and therefore screwed up my $50 before coupons & taxes total. I had to re-do the whole transaction when I realized what happened. That being said, make sure that your coupons are not FPCs as they won't count towards the total...and like coupondude said, grab something just in case that will add a bump to your total!

thank you everyone. i just got back and my total before tax was 50.48 so i got the 20x bonus! it was a great feeling!
