TO be honest I usually just make do with what I have on my own for coupons ,but I always supply ladies in my group far and close with inserts free of charge..in return form time to tome then send me raoks of harder to get coupons. I used to work hard wasting so much time trading and selling close to my first born for great coupons..now unless something that catches my eye in a trading group i refuse to trade for a single coupon. I mean they were free to start off with why should i ask for or offer in usually a difficult banter for some coupons that may and may not be mailed in time or may nor ever show up through the mail lol.

My main thing is no matter what store i run into i carry my bag with 4 binders carrying every single coupon i own (or 10 if they are inserts) and go straight to the clearance racks. Usually once the price of the sale occurs it matches equal, less then or close to the coupon discount making them free. I would love to teach any tricks tips and advice I can give to anyone to either how to use their coupons to their best ability or how to start helping others in your own communities.
